Characterization of immobilized biocatalysts using enzyme flow calorimetry; Thermal biosensor-flow calorimeter (enzyme thermistor), encapsulation of cells and enzyme in polyelectrolyte complex capsule, biospecific adsorption of the glycoenzyme on immobilized concanavalin A.
