Research Interests
Isolation and chemical modification of plant polysaccharides, characterization of structural, molecular and functional properties of polysaccharides and their derivatives. Structure-biological activity relationships of biologically active plant polysaccharides. Application of native and modified plant polysaccharides in food industry, pharmacy, cosmetics, etc.
